ICterra is seeking a Software Architect (GIS) to lead geospatial software development across multiple projects. You will design scalable GIS solutions, mentor teams, and work with Angular/React front-ends, C#/.NET Core back-ends, and RESTful APIs. Required: 8+ years in GIS, strong knowledge of JSON, Entity Framework, and Agile/Scrum. On-site role based in Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in GIS development.
• Hands-on GIS development experience in web frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, JSON and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Lead the design and implementation of GIS software architectures.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver integrated GIS solutions.
• Mentor engineers and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
