3C Metal Group, a global leader in turnkey project solutions, seeks professionals to join our Projects Team in Türkiye. You will contribute to engineering solutions for complex energy and infrastructure projects and support delivery from bid to close-out.

Key duties include bid preparation, supplier coordination, planning, client follow-up, procurement, installation oversight, and profitability analysis to ensure project success.

Responsabilités

• Participating in project kick-off meetings and technical surveys (onshore/offshore)
• Preparing bids and client offers, including estimation and supplier coordination
• Supporting project execution through planning, scheduling, and client follow-up
• Coordinating engineering deliverables and ensuring timely drawing issuance
• Managing procurement, prefabrication, and logistics in line with project needs
• Overseeing installation phases, including team mobilization and site support
• Leading project close-out activities, including profitability analysis and documentation
