About the Role

Work Schedule

Current : Monday Sunday 10 : 00 19 : 00 (2 days off on rotation)

Please note : Night shifts will be added soon (rotative shifts 09 : 00 21 : 00 initially extending further).

Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (B2 / C1 level)
• Good command of English
• Proven Customer Service background with experience in KPIs and targets
• EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal
• Availability to relocate to Porto
