WeWard is seeking a Community Manager Apprentice to join our Social Media & Marketing team in Paris. You will help build and animate an engaged, authentic community around the WeWard brand, reporting to Kim and collaborating with the broader team.

You’ll moderate profiles, craft a consistent brand voice, participate in filming, create short-form content, monitor trends, and contribute to monthly reports. The role combines creativity, on-camera presence, and video editing through CapCut, DaVinci

Qualifications

• Passionate about social media and trends.
• Strong writing with tone and brand voice.
• Creative and proactive with idea generation.
• Comfortable on camera and with brand mascot.

Responsabilités

• Moderate and animate the brand’s social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X).
• Develop a distinctive social voice aligned with WeWard branding.
• Engage with brands and accounts to grow reach and share of voice.
• Identify and amplify user-generated content (UGC).
• Participate in filming sessions and embody the Wardy mascot.
• Produce short-form video content autonomously (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
