Murex, a global fintech leader, is seeking a SOC Analyst to join its Information Security team in Paris. You will monitor, detect, and respond to security events and coordinate with IT for containment and remediation.

The role demands 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong experience in security monitoring, incident detection and response, threat and vulnerability analysis, and automation using SOAR or scripting. Proficiency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
Experience with security monitoring, incident detection and response, and threat/vulnerability analysis
Proficiency with automation frameworks and scripting is a plus

Responsabilités

Perform initial triage and in-depth investigation of security alerts and potential incidents
Validate and escalate/contain confirmed incidents per procedures
Collaborate with IT for containment and remediation
Support and contribute to vulnerability management lifecycle
Conduct advanced threat hunting for IOC detection
Analyze logs from multiple sources (firewalls, IDS/IPS, Windows, network devices)
Develop and maintain SOC runbooks and procedures
Participate in implementing security initiatives (Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence)
Continuously improve SOC capabilities, detection logic, and processes
