Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Safety Coordinator to support our project in NW Texas. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction safety standards and capable of enforcing company and OSHA safety policies in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Educates project staff in construction safety measures and regulatory requirements.
  • Be present on site when work is being completed and ensures activities meet company and regulatory policies through regular safety inspections.
  • Facilitates adherence to safety policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with local, state and OSHA rules and regulations.
  • Prepares and maintains safety inspection reports, safety work permites and other correspondence as required and/or necessary.
  • Responds to and investigates accidents, injuries and motor vehicle incidents.
Qualifications:

5 to 7 years construction experience including strong knowledge of OSHA Construction, OSHA General Industry, ANSI, NIOSH and NEC Standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work extended shifts and adapt to changing site conditions
