Harmattan AI in Wissous, near Paris, is looking for a dedicated Site Quality Manager to own product and process quality on the shop floor and anchor ISO 9001 certification on site.

You will lead the site quality team, drive CAPA/8D processes, and oversee AS9100 readiness across production lines in a high-reliability aerospace/defense environment.

The role requires strong leadership, effective cross-functional communication, and fluency in English to align with Harmattan AI's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in quality or related field.
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense or high-reliability manufacturing quality.
• Experience leading site or production quality teams during scale-up and ISO/AS readiness.
• Strong cross-functional and international collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Own site quality across Wissous lines and processes.
• Lead the Quality engineering and operation quality teams.

• Monitor KPIs, reduce escapes, manage CAPA/8D, vision inspection.

About the Role

Wissous is scaling from pilot to serial production.

We need a dedicated site Quality Manager to own product and process quality on the shop floor, lead the site quality team, and anchor ISO 9001 certification on site.

Responsibilities

• Site quality across all Wissous lines.

• Management of the Quality engineering team and the operation quality team

• ISO 9001 certification readiness on site; AS9100 preparation.

• Site quality KPIs, escape reduction, CAPA / 8D, vision inspection

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.

• 8+ years in aerospace / defense or high-reliability manufacturing quality, including leading a site or production quality team through scale-up and an ISO 9001 / AS9100 certification.

• Strong experience in Site quality leadership (ramp-up), QMS building and ISO certification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.
