Harmattan AI in Wissous is seeking a dedicated site Quality Manager to own product and process quality on the shop floor and to anchor ISO 9001 certification on site.

You will lead the site quality team, manage Quality engineering and operation quality, and drive CAPA/8D, vision inspection, and KPI reporting across all Wissous lines.

Strong English communication and cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment are essential as we scale autonomous defense systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense or high-reliability manufacturing quality.
• Experience leading a site or production quality team through scale-up and ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for international collaboration.
• Fluent in English; alignment with Harmattan AI’s mission.

About the Role

Wissous is scaling from pilot to serial production.

We need a dedicated site Quality Manager to own product and process quality on the shop floor, lead the site quality team, and anchor ISO 9001 certification on site.

Responsibilities

• Site quality across all Wissous lines.

• Management of the Quality engineering team and the operation quality team

• ISO 9001 certification readiness on site; AS9100 preparation.

• Site quality KPIs, escape reduction, CAPA / 8D, vision inspection

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.

• 8+ years in aerospace / defense or high-reliability manufacturing quality, including leading a site or production quality team through scale-up and an ISO 9001 / AS9100 certification.

• Strong experience in Site quality leadership (ramp-up), QMS building and ISO certification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.
