Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Group Industrial Controller based at the Libourne headquarters in France. You will lead financial cycles, consolidate data across manufacturing sites and partner with international teams to drive performance.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end closings and reporting within the GIMO perimeter, oversee Capex coordination, and mentor an apprentice, shaping the group’s strategic finance direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial controlling in manufacturing.
• Experience in a Group or multi-site setup is preferred.
• Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, month-end closings and reporting.
• Oversee data collection from sites to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to corporate closing activities and analyse variances.
• Mentor an apprentice and coordinate cross-site financial activities.
• Drive automation and improve reporting tools and processes.
