Ferrovial is seeking a Planner and Contract Engineer to join the ITER project team in the South of France. The role involves maintaining the project programme, managing contractual aspects with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring timely progress reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil or Industrial Engineering degree, have at least 1 year in planning, and are proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project. English is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project Scheduler or Planner role.
• Relevant software experience (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Capacity to work within a multicultural team.
• Proactive with ability to analyse carried-out work and foresee project needs.
• Motivated and organized with eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English professional proficiency required; French knowledge desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Works Programme up to date.
• Identify potential programme difficulties and impacts.
• Monitor the Works progress.
• Evaluate various scenarios for modifications.
• Implement resources in the Works programme.
• Manage subcontractors’ schedule and its integration with the main programme.
• Produce project progress reports for the client as per the contract.
• Monitor scope, programme modifications, delays and penalties.
• Ensure official communication to client and subcontractors.
• Produce subcontracts and other contractual documents.
