Job summary

Bonatti S.p.A. is seeking a Civil Works Supervisor to join the on-site team for the Centrale à moteurs Corse du Sud project in Ajaccio, Corsica.

You will supervise civil and building works, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements, and liaise with Construction Management to resolve issues on site. Immediate availability and prior experience on industrial or energy projects are preferred, and knowledge of French or Italian is

Qualifications

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Civil Supervisor on industrial, energy, power generation, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site construction activities.
• Good knowledge of HSE and quality control requirements.
• French and/or Italian language skills are a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and building works performed by subcontractors and direct workforce.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with Construction Management and other project functions.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational issues during construction.
