Caterpillar France is seeking a motivated candidate to join the IT Service on our Grenoble site as part of a SIRH evolution project. You will work under a tutor, manage SIRH applications, and collaborate with business users and the IT team in a dynamic, international setting.

Validated with a BAC+3 in IT or information systems and enrolled in a Master in IT Management, you will gain hands-on experience in functional analysis, process modelling, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Validated a BAC+3 in IT, information systems, or HR and admitted to a Master's in Information Management or equivalent under an apprenticeship.
• Experience with UML, BPMN and functional analysis.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL querying.
• Knowledge of project management and change management.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise users in the use of SIRH applications under your responsibility.
• Be the primary interface between business teams and the IT department for your scope.
• Ensure and coordinate application maintenance: corrective, preventive and evolutionary.
• Ensure applications comply with cybersecurity standards and internal procedures.
• Document and update the repository related to applications (processes, settings, guides, architecture).
