Twelve in Paris is seeking a motivated Showroom Apprentice to support Account Management and Development teams. You will help with sample tracking, showroom merchandising, and delivering white-glove service for client meetings.

The role requires strong organization, fluency in English and French, and a hands-on mindset. You will coordinate shipments, maintain the showroom, assist with presentation materials, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in French
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day showroom sample inventory and labeling
• Create and maintain visual merchandising for the showroom
• Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments and client meetings
• Support development teams with product details, photography, and costs
• Prepare presentation materials and assist with client visits
