Twelve designs and builds inspiring merchandise and packaging for top brands, seeking a motivated Sales Apprentice in Paris to support the Account Management team and nurture client relationships. You will assist with daily administrative tasks, manage communications, and help prepare proposals for existing and new clients.

Ideal candidates are client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program relevant to marketing, design, or business.
• Strong interest in trends, design, and consumer engagement.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Interested in working in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the account management team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage internal and external communication related to client orders, product inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain preliminary costing models for client programs, consolidating supplier quotes and tracking cost drivers.
• Maintain and update client database and pipeline reports for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Track customer orders and ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Organize and track product samples for clients’ needs.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for existing and new clients.
• Coordinate and support on-site logistics for client presentations and events, delivering an on-brand experience.
• Attend client calls or meetings with Account Managers and record action items.
• Research market trends and competitive activities.
• Learn and apply core sales fundamentals (prospecting, pitching, closing).
