Job summary

RAW Resourcing LTD is seeking a Shipyard Production Coordinator in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region to manage day-to-day shipyard activities on vessels and in the yard. You will coordinate production across steel, piping, mechanical and painting works and ensure projects keep moving.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and production teams to organise, allocate resources, monitor progress and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving marine environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within ship repair, shipbuilding or a marine environment.
• Experience coordinating trades, technicians and subcontractors.
• French language required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily ship repair and production activities
• Organising manpower, subcontractors and work priorities
• Following progress onboard vessels and around the shipyard
• Coordinating steel, piping, mechanical and painting works
• Making sure teams have the materials, equipment and information they need
• Monitoring progress, quality and safety
• Identifying production issues and helping resolve them quickly
• Reporting progress back to Project Managers and management
