Job summary

RAW Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead superyacht refit and repair projects in the South of France, from arrival through to redelivery.

You will work closely with Captains, Owners’ Representatives, yacht management teams and subcontractors to coordinate technical teams, schedules, budgets and variations, ensuring delivery on time, to quality and within cost. EU citizenship or right to work in France is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within superyacht refit, repair or construction.
• Strong understanding of yacht technical works and refit operations.
• Comfortable dealing directly with Captains and Owners’ Representatives.
• Excellent project coordination and commercial skills.

RAW Resourcing is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established superyacht refit operation in the South of France.

We are looking for someone who knows the superyacht world and is comfortable taking responsibility for refit and repair projects from arrival through to redelivery.

You’ll be working closely with Captains, Owners’ Representatives, yacht management companies, subcontractors, suppliers and technical teams, making sure projects are delivered to the expected standards of quality, time and cost.
