Storio group is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations, report to the Production Manager, and lead shop floor teams including Cell Leads and operators. You will focus on production flow, quality, safety, and team well-being.

You will drive daily targets, support training, implement 5S, and lead improvement projects with cross-department collaboration. The role emphasizes lean practices, respectful culture and ethical production.

• Proven experience leading and supporting people in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product workflows.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to tackle daily operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and listening skills that help you connect with your team.
• A result oriented approach paired with basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor Cell Leads across your area to help them grow and succeed
• Lead daily management system meetings to set clear daily goals for each section
• Keep a close eye on production hours, standards, safety, hygiene, and maintenance
• Help team members build new skills and create training plans with Cell Leads
• Encourage continuous improvement and 5S practices across all your production lines
• Gather feedback from your teams and share potential solutions with the Production Manager
• Work on improvement projects alongside other Shift Leads and support departments
• Hit daily targets for performance, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness
• Maintain high standards of product quality by ensuring everyone follows set processes
• Build a safe, respectful, and motivating work culture where everyone brings their best self
• Identify areas for improvement, then calculate and deliver practical gains for your team
• Welcome new starters and help them understand our ways of working from day one
• Track redos and quality metrics to make sure our customers receive exceptional products

About the role

The Shift Lead plays a key part in our production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work closely with them to oversee daily manufacturing processes and lead our teams on the shop floor. You will support our Cell Leads and operators, making sure work flows smoothly while keeping a strong focus on team well-being and product quality.
