Alignerr is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst for AI training. This fully remote hourly contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated dialogues to ensure naturalness, helpfulness, and on-point responses.

The position offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and asynchronous work, with no required linguistics background, making it accessible to detail-oriented individuals worldwide. You will read, rate, and compare conversations across topics, providing structured feedback and contributing

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and an intuitive sense for natural conversation.
• Able to assess quality objectively and explain reasoning clearly.
• Detail-oriented and consistent across large volumes of content.
• Self-driven and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics and contexts.
• Rate responses for naturalness, helpfulness, tone, and conversational flow.
• Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical inconsistencies, or unhelpful responses.
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality.
• Submit clear, structured evaluations using provided rubrics and rating tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
