Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Service Project Manager in Rungis, France to lead revision, modification and retrofit projects for automated warehouse systems in food and retail sectors. You bring a technical background and customer-facing experience and will grow into project management within an international, collaborative team using advanced automation technology.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering, automation, PLC/controls, commissioning or maintenance.
• Interest in project coordination or early project experience.
• Comfort working in operational environments with customers.
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service projects that keep customer logistics systems safe, reliable and future-ready.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams and partners.
• Support project execution from sales handover through completion and service take-over.
• Help prepare, monitor and update project plans covering scope, timeline, cost and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, installation, commissioning, IT, suppliers).
• Identify technical or operational risks early and contribute to practical solutions.
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards are respected at all customer sites.
