Une entreprise dynamique, issue d'une collaboration entre B+T Group et SCHROLL, recherche un Agent de Maintenance. Après une formation interne, vous serez responsable de la maintenance des outils de production, en mettant en œuvre des tâches préventives et correctives. Ce poste offre une rémunération brute sur 13 mois, selon votre profil, dans un environnement d'apprentissage favorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle.
• Connaissances en mécanique, électricité et pneumatique.
• Autonome et à l'aise dans des environnements encombrés.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la maintenance corrective des outils de production.
• Diagnostiquer et remplacer les composants défectueux.
• Effectuer des maintenances préventives planifiées.

Service Agent

B+T Group and the SCHROLL Group, committed to the preservation of resources and recognized for their waste recovery expertise, have joined forces to create a unit for the preparation of solid recovery fuels (SRF) based on waste, intended for the supply of industrial energy recovery units. B+S Recyclage now has around ten employees.

What are we looking for in our future Maintenance Agent?

• At least two years of experience in an industrial maintenance position.
• If you are completing work-study maintenance training and are looking for your first job, your profile may match.
• With your previous experience, you will master industrial mechanics. You also have electrical and pneumatic knowledge.
• Autonomous, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in messy environments and heights.
• Knowledge of German (oral) is a plus.

What will the missions be?

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will join the company as part of a job creation initiative. After internal training, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring corrective maintenance on the production tool by establishing pre-diagnoses before intervention.
• Troubleshooting by replacing defective mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Performing preventive maintenance, including monitoring, conditional, systematic, or scheduled tasks.
• Reporting on operations and completing activity monitoring documents.
• Maintaining cleanliness of facilities and intervention equipment.

Conditions:

• Gross remuneration over 13 months (depending on profile).
