The Quercyland restaurant/bar, located in Souillac, is looking for dynamic and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team for the 2026 season. Quercyland is a water park with its own bar and brasserie accessible from outside the park. The clientele is therefore diverse and continuous from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and show them to their table
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional manner
• Answer customer questions about the menu and provide recommendations
• Ensure that tables and the dining area are clean and tidy
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Required qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of the menu (food and beverages) in order to answer customer questions
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and the catering team
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other staff members

Working conditions

• Type of employment: Full-time, fixed‑term contract
• One day off per week (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Position available for the 2026 season (May–September 2026)
