One of Us is seeking a Senior Producer to lead budget, schedule and delivery of high-end VFX content. In partnership with the internal VFX Supervisor, you will drive productions, manage client communications and ensure production best practices across the project lifecycle.

Based in Paris or London, the role offers hybrid working with offices in the 20th arrondissement and Shoreditch. You will coordinate with finance, systems, and crewing, while mentoring the production team and delivering on

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience as a VFX Producer on high-end content.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities with delivery-track record.
• Proven client and crew management skills across budgets and timelines.
• Excellent understanding of the VFX production process from concept to delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall project schedule and delivery milestones.
• Develop delivery strategy and bid methodology with supervision team.
• Plan resources with Head of Disciples and Crewing.
• Produce and manage budgets and schedules accounting for VFX work.
• Provide internal and external reports; track scope changes.
• Monitor budgets and spend throughout the project.
• Lead and mentor the project production team.
• Define production roles and maintain clear communications with supervision.
• Maintain production database and liaison with support functions.
• Ensure a positive client relationship and align with creative vision.
