Voodoo in Paris is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering & Data team. In this role, you will take ownership of your projects, designing and building innovative full-stack applications while collaborating closely with your team.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, plus a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Voodoo offers competitive salary, remote Fridays, and wellness activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS).
• Good knowledge of industry best practices (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DDD, TDD...).
• Extensive experience delivering successful products.
• Strong experience tackling complex backend challenges.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL—schema design and optimization.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
