Orphoz, a McKinsey company, is seeking a senior transformation consultant to design and implement client transformation plans from Paris. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering measurable client outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, with 5+ in consulting, and fluency in French and English. You will be based in Paris, joining a high-performance environment that blends strategic rigor with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• A graduate from an engineering or business school.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a consulting firm.
• Experienced problem-solver, curious, pragmatic, with good interpersonal skills and a track record of success in various transformation projects.
• Fluent language skills in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement client transformation plans and execution of wide transformation programs (operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvements).
• Coordinate and follow up on Project Management Office tasks and lead workshops with clients.
• Prepare and drive implementation projects and coaching for clients; manage project workstreams largely independently.
• Gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects and lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream.
