HCLTech is seeking a Senior Test Lead to drive high-quality software delivery in Paris. You will lead a QA team, define robust test strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to align testing scope with project goals.

You will mentor engineers, implement automated testing using Python and Selenium, and promote best practices across microservices-based architectures and CI/CD environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and test automation.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients and team members to understand specs, address performance concerns, and ensure adequate test environments using Python and Selenium.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices in Python and automation frameworks.
• Oversee creation and execution of automated test scripts using Python and Selenium, ensuring quality and reducing risk in releases.
• Develop, guide, and mentor QA engineers in testing frameworks, leveraging Python and microservices principles to boost productivity.
