ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a senior QA tester to lead testing efforts for complex enterprise integrations in Strasbourg. The role requires hands-on test planning, design, execution, and defect management across agile teams, with a focus on API testing and automated test creation.

Strong English communication is essential. The ideal candidate will understand business context, prioritize test campaigns, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality across systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT and at least 7 years IT experience.
• Hands-on experience in creating efficient test approaches, test planning, test scenarios, test case creation and execution.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Kreya or similar tools.
• Experience using DBs and SQL, containerized solutions and observability tools.
• Experience in writing and editing automated tests.
• Experience with system integration testing.
• Knowledge of testing standards and methods.
• Defect management including prioritization and root cause analysis.
• Experience with complex, enterprise system integration.
• End user (UAT) management.
• Experience with test and defect management tools.
• Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies.
• Ability to understand business context and communicate test outcomes to tech teams.
• Excellent command of English.
