Colt Technology Services in Lyon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Site Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical systems across Colt node sites in France. You will ensure safety, reliability and energy efficiency while coordinating with third-party contractors and landlords.

The role requires experience with HV/MV switching, adherence to EU safety standards, and the ability to manage budgets and incidents, with occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with medium/large mission critical M&E infrastructures.
• Technical competence in electrical, mechanical and cooling systems.
• Experience with HV/MV switching and generators.
• Knowledge of EU safety regulations.
• Strong planning and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage mechanical and electrical site infrastructure via third-party contractors.
• Monitor energy efficiency and report savings.
• Ensure ISO14001/ISO27001/ISO9001 compliance.
• Oversee Opex cost control and budgeting.
• Liaise with landlords and project teams.
• Lead incident response and out-of-hours support.
• Write SOPs and train staff.
• Coordinate with third-party resources.
