Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Site Manager to oversee critical mechanical and electrical systems across France. You will manage maintenance, safety, and contractor coordination while driving energy efficiency and reliability for Colt’s node sites and offices.

The role requires strong budgeting, risk assessment and project management skills, plus fluency in French and English. Travel between Lyon/Marseille and other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with medium/large mission critical mechanical & electrical infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, cooling systems and associated safety standards.
• Proven track record in coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
• Good budgeting, risk assessment and site reporting skills.
• Fluency in French and English, willing to travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site operations across multiple Colt sites in France to ensure safety, reliability and energy efficiency.
• Manage maintenance, outages, and third-party contractors; monitor BMS systems and energy usage.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and change control processes.
• Lead end-of-life replacements, new node builds, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare capacity reports and manage site Opex and Capex forecasting.
