Jobtailor in France seeks a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to design and implement Java-based modules, drive technical design, and ensure reliable deployments. You will act as a liaison to upskill developers and collaborate with Technical Managers in an agile setting.

The role requires leadership, strong Java/Angular/React experience, and prior work in retail banking or insurance. Fluency in English and a proactive approach to alerting and production readiness are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead (Java)
• Experience in retail banking or insurance
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with: Java, Angular, React, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Fluency in English
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies

Demonstrates extensive experience in software design and implementation, particularly in Java and Agile environments, while providing technical support and acting as a liaison for developer upskilling. Proficient in deploying and maintaining reliable software solutions in the retail banking or insurance sectors.
