Bollinger und Grohmann GmbH is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager based in Paris, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. You will manage environmental projects related to façade design, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure innovative and sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and five years of experience in sustainable building design. Fluency in French and mastery of software tools for sustainable construction is essential. Knowledge of environmental certifications is highly appreciated.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainable built environments required.
• 5+ years of experience in designing sustainable buildings.
• Fluency in French; English and German are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental projects from design to follow-up.
• Manage and negotiate project proposals and contracts.
• Conduct studies on bioclimatic design and energy performance.

Connaissances

Master 2 or engineering school in sustainable design

Five years of experience in sustainable buildings

Fluency in French

Knowledge of environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, LEED)

Creativity and team spirit

Knowledge of technical aspects of facades
