Bollinger und Grohmann GmbH is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager based in Paris, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. You will manage environmental projects related to façade design, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure innovative and sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and five years of experience in sustainable building design. Fluency in French and mastery of software tools for sustainable construction is essential. Knowledge of environmental certifications is highly appreciated.
Today, the design of the façade cannot be dissociated from the environmental and energy management of the building. In this context, the environmental project manager is expected to become a key element in the success of innovative projects in tune with our times.
You will be closely linked to the Building Physics department in Frankfurt and have direct contact with our clients, architects, contractors and developers.
You will be in charge of environmental projects, from the design phase to the follow-up of the works, in autonomy. In particular, you will develop the environmental, climate and comfort aspects of façade projects.
You will be in charge of the organisation of environmental work within the office: technical and financial management and prospecting.
You will conduct studies of bioclimatic design, optimisation of envelopes and comfort (light, solar gain, heat, hygrometry, natural ventilation, etc.), and energy design. The mastery of the aspects and impacts of environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, LEED) is appreciated.
During your mission, you will be responsible for preparing and negotiating project proposals and contracts, managing and monitoring them throughout the project (progress, contractual and financial commitments, etc.), advising collaborators, managers and employees on the implementation of the project. You will define energy and environmental strategies, assist in the decision-making process for the choice of renewable energies, systems, materials and construction products, and take part in the analysis and optimisation of projects using modelling and computer simulations (STD, CFD, energy comparison, life cycle analysis).
