Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Supply Chain Business Process Architect) based in France to guide enterprise customers through complex transformation initiatives.
You will combine supply chain expertise, business process architecture, and presales skills to design impactful solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, map current-state processes, develop future-state operating models, deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops, and work with sales, product, value
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a client-facing presales/consulting role in supply chain.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and complex tech environments.
- Strong process architecture and business-case development skills.
- Ability to present to executive audiences and run workshops.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and value selling.
Responsabilités
- Lead structured discovery to understand use cases and requirements.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state operating models.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
- Translate requirements into credible solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, product, value engineering and services teams.
- Own technical accuracy and respond to RFPs/RFIs with rigor.
