Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Supply Chain & Quality Specialist to join the PIMSY HW Systems team. You will manage supplier interfaces, ensure quality approvals, lead new product introductions, and mitigate industrial risks to secure OQOT performance in a multicultural environment.

The role demands a strong engineering/quality or supply chain background, at least 10 years in supplier evaluation and performance development, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, quality, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in supplier evaluation, qualification, and industrial performance development (10 years min).
• Strong expertise in supplier risk mitigation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Act as operational supplier interface, assessing and selecting vendors during tendering phases.
• Manage contract quality, lead time, and supply chain performance, including quality approvals.
• Lead new product introductions, transfers of work, and industrial changes to reach maturity.
• Assess supplier capacity, identify industrial risks, and establish short-term recovery plans.
• Handle complex quality events and support SCQM on audits, lean practices, and qualifications.
