MR MARVIS is hiring a Senior Style Advisor in Paris. You will welcome customers, advise on products and sizes, and deliver tailored styling advice while keeping a warm, inspiring store environment. Availability full-time or 32h per week, including weekends, is required.

We seek 3–5 years in a service-driven role, fluent in English and French, and with a passion for fashion. Join a fast-growing fashion scale-up with strong team culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded while being patient, flexible and presentable.
• Excellent listener and communicator with customers.
• Customer oriented and passionate about styling.
• Experience in fashion/retail is a plus, with enthusiasm for MR MARVIS.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and create a warm, inspiring atmosphere.
• Advise on products, quality, heritage, and size selection with confidence.
• Provide expert styling tips and assist with right sizes as a complimentary service.
• Elevate the shopping experience, including tailoring and offering refreshments.
• Maintain store appearance and lead shop operations in the absence of management.
