We’re gathering the brightest founders, investors, and developers for a high‑impact day during Paris Blockchain Week at Carrousel du Louvre and during RAISE Summit.
Key Responsibilities
Ambassador & Community Engagement
- Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive Ambassador Program including talent selection, onboarding, engagement incentives, and activation milestones.
- Cultivate a vibrant network of ambassadors who are aligned with our mission and can drive global visibility and local engagement across social platforms and within their community.
- Ambassador criteria check list : by following, by reputation, by competitor Event
- KPI’s - onboarded ambassadors per Event (by Geography, by influence, by following), highly sought after Developer influencer per event to anticipate in each Hackathon that would bring a community following with them)
International Ecosystem Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with delegations, international organizations, and government innovation offices.
- Collaborate with cultural and economic attachés, international hubs, and startup ecosystems to bring global delegations to PBW and RAISE.
Media Partnerships
- Build and nurture strong relationships and media outlets, Web3-native / AI publications, industry journalists and PR agencies.
- Drive earned media visibility by collaborating on press coverage, media partnerships, speaker interviews, and on‑site press activations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align narratives and amplify event reach across global markets
- Create a tiered system across both Events for high-reputation media outlets
- Visibility & Ticketing Collaboration Deals
- Close high‑leverage partnerships with accelerators, VC networks, alumni groups, Web3 communities, and co‑working hubs that expand visibility and drive qualified ticketing leads.
- Implement win‑win deal structures including promo codes, brand exchanges, and co‑marketing packages.
- Strategic ticket delegation to ensure the room is full with the right people focussing on sponsor ROI
- Establish strategic targeted ticket communication campaigns by industry
Cross‑Team Collaboration – Tracking & Reporting
- Negotiate partnership terms that support our growth while staying true to our brand values and tone.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the Marketing and Sponsor teams to co‑create partner toolkits, campaign calendars, and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Work with Sponsorship team to on media / PR sponsorship referral
- Build a partnership outreach pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead conversions, engagement levels, media coverage, and partnership ROI.
- Create full year timeline by the end of August on partnership strategy across both Events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or ecosystem relations, ideally within Web3, blockchain, crypto, or emerging tech industries.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including key players, platforms, and community dynamics (DAOs, DeFi, NFTs, L1 / L2 ecosystems, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and scale international partnerships with both corporate and community stakeholders.
- Strong network across media, VC, tech hubs, and developer communities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with high‑impact tech events or conferences is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset combined with operational agility and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
