Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Audit professional to join our SSE-focused team in Valenciennes or Marcq-en-Barœul. You will carry out statutory and contractual audits for associations, foundations, mutuals, and cooperatives, and you will analyze accounts to ensure compliance with sector-specific standards.

You will draft executive reports, mentor junior auditors, and strengthen client relationships by delivering tailored advice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years in audit, specifically SSE/associative sector files.
• Knowledge of SSE sector accounting standards.
• Proficiency with audit software and MS Office.
• Rigor, autonomy and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Overview

Integrated into our Audit team in Valenciennes or Marcq-en-Barœul, you will work with a variety of clients (associations, foundations, mutuals, cooperatives, endowment funds, etc.) on stimulating assignments.

Carry out statutory and contractual audit engagements for SSE organizations.

Analyze accounts and financial documents to verify their compliance with accounting standards and regulations specific to the associative and SSE sector.

Draft reports and intervention summaries for executives and governance bodies.

Support and mentor junior auditors and team members to build their skills.

Maintain and develop client relationships by providing advice tailored to the specific challenges of the SSE sector.

Contribute to the development of the practice by participating in regulatory and sector monitoring for the SSE sector.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Master CCA, DSCG, business school or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting or audit firm, working on SSE / associative sector files
• Knowledge of accounting standards specific to the SSE sector
• Proficiency with office tools and audit software
• Rigor, autonomy and strong organizational skills in managing files
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to support clients and teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and close to clients
