Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Incident Insights & Readiness in Paris. You will own the on-call experience, design systems to streamline incident response, and collaborate across product teams to improve resilience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of building software, strong Go/Python/TypeScript experience, and deep knowledge of distributed systems and Kubernetes. You will mentor engineers, contribute to post-mortems, and help drive learning across the organization in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software that solves real user problems.
• Experience designing new features and collaborating on code and technical design reviews.
• Experience with Go and Python, with some TypeScript.
• Experience building or operating distributed systems, with familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Strong English communication and mentoring skills.
