Salomon Retail is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the facilities and maintenance strategy for its store network across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will drive maintenance excellence, coordinate operations, and support preventive initiatives to ensure high-quality stores for employees and customers.

Based in Annecy or Paris with about 50% travel across the EMEA region, you will manage contractors, budgets and reporting while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in facilities management or related field.
• Mandatory retail experience across multi-store networks.
• Master's degree in Maintenance Management or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a network of contractors across the EMEA region.
• Define and implement the retail maintenance strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve maintenance standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across stores.
• Ensure inspections and repairs meet high standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive improvements.
• Manage maintenance reporting and budget tracking.
• Support store operations with facilities-related solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Contribute to safe, compliant, and attractive retail environments.
