Gama Space seeks a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to own the dynamic behavior of core subsystems for next-generation ultra‑light deployable structures. You will guide analyses from concept to qualification and volume production while expanding a growing engineering team near Paris.

Responsibilities include managing attitude and deployment dynamics, modal analysis, and test correlations. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with SpaceX‑level engineers, and ensure robust flight‑proven solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in spacecraft dynamics.
• Completed full development cycles from concept to production.
• Deep expertise in multibody dynamics and modal analysis.
• Proficient in CAD/FEA tools with model-data correlation.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Professional English; additional languages are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Own dynamic analysis of deployable structures and subsystems.
• Drive design trades and analyses from concept through design and test.
• Perform hardware testing including modal, deployment, and vibration tests.
• Develop flight-proven solutions meeting mass and stability targets.
• Define dynamic verification and validation strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
