Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Engineer Southern Europe in France.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise and business value for customers across Southern Europe. You will drive solution demonstrations, technical consultations, and proof-of-value engagements to showcase the impact of advanced cybersecurity awareness platforms. Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will tailor solutions to customer needs, advise on technical integrations, and guide organizations in maximizing security program effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to influence adoption strategies, participate in high-impact POCs, and establish yourself as a trusted cybersecurity advisor. You will operate in a fast-growing, remote-first environment while collaborating with a diverse team committed to innovation and professional growth. Your work will directly contribute to making organizations more resilient against human-centric cyber risks.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with sales teams to demonstrate the business and technical value of cybersecurity awareness solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver outcome-driven demos highlighting key features such as risk analytics, phishing simulations, and behavioral-driven training.
  • Advise customers on technical integrations including SSO (SAML/OAuth), user provisioning, LMS content integrations (SCORM/xAPI), and API-based reporting to security dashboards.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations, pilot implementations, and address customer security, compliance, and scalability concerns.
  • Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and refine demo narratives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations reduce human risk and strengthen security culture.
