Euroclear in Paris is seeking a Senior Solution Designer to drive the design of our Settlement platform within Mainframe & distributed systems. You will translate business needs into optimal functional solutions, ensure architectural alignment, and guide implementation while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

This permanent role offers a hybrid working model and an international environment, with a focus on strategic design and risk-aware delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional design.
• Experience within financial settlement systems is a nice to have.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge and validate third-party solutions and budgets.
• Risk awareness and anticipation mindset.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
