Euroclear, within the Group Business Solutions division, is seeking a Senior Solution Designer to steer high-level design of the Settlement platform across mainframe and distributed systems. You will translate business needs into scalable functional solutions while aligning with architectural goals and incident support during escalations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to forecast risks, drive strategic initiatives, and guide both high-level and detailed analyses

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional design.
• Experience within financial settlement systems is a nice to have.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to challenge and validate third-party solutions and budgets.
• Risk awareness and anticipation mindset.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
