You will collaborate with operators, engineers, and IT/security teams to audit, upgrade, and port legacy software to modern platforms while implementing automated tests and deployment routines.

Qualifications
- 4 Year Technical Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with software development and maintenance.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information and onsite work in Wilmington, NC.
Responsabilités
- Audit the performance, security, and reliability of internally developed software.
- First line of engineering escalation for software reliability or feature issues.
- Document issues, changes, and releases using a Version ControlManagement application (GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Subversion).
- Develop automated tests, diagnostic tools, and deployment routines.
- Develop interfaces between manufacturing equipment and software using GE SRTP, OPC-UA, MQTT.
