Flowserve is seeking a Senior Nuclear Quality Engineer to lead the Nuclear QMS, ensuring compliance with ASME BPVC, 10 CFR, and ISO standards while coordinating with Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing to monitor orders and product flow to customers.

You will lead audits, support customer complaints, coach problem solving, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across a multi‑functional team in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and multi-disciplinary quality experience.
• 5+ years leading nuclear quality programs per ASME BPVC and 10 CFR standards.
• Experience in metal-mechanic industries and familiarity with NQA-1 and ISO 9001.

Responsabilités

• Lead Nuclear Quality Management System at the site and drive compliance.
• Lead Nuclear audit program (external, supplier, internal).
• Support Nuclear customer complaints and problem solving with RCA/CA/PA.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial Operations, Project Management and Manufacturing.
• Coach teams in data analysis, root cause analysis and change management.
