You will alternate between code writing and feature building, owning epics with the team from design to Go-to-Market, and collaborating across squads including Platform Team to deliver real value.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with PHP and TypeScript; Go experience is a plus.

Job Description

Jus Mundi is looking for talented developers to join their Engineering, Product, and Design team on a 3-month, up to 6-month contract basis to help our team handle an increase in workload for the second half of the year.

The position is based in Paris with two mandatory days at the office.

This is an opportunity to join a team that is not only tech-driven but works together to make the best product in our field. Our metrics are not the number of lines of code but the value delivered in production. Developers own the features they ship and can structure them in partnership with the product and design teams.

The Team

EPD team is split into mission-driven squads, and you will join one of these squads alongside other developers, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager.

Squads also work in close partnership with the Platform Team, bringing expertise on more technical topics.

• User Lifecycle & Growth Squad: This team pampers our users to ensure them a smooth experience across the whole product, driven by user retention, satisfaction, and engagement. They work on topics ranging from user experience improvement to dashboards creation, in close collaboration with care, marketing, and sales teams.

Your mission at Jus Mundi

As part of the Engineering, Product, and Design team, you will alternate between code writing and feature building. Every developer is regularly the tech owner of an epic, meaning they follow every step of the feature, from design to Go-to-Market. You will not be alone in this journey; you will be supported by the whole team at every step. Preferred Experience

Our stack is mainly focused around PHP and TypeScript, with some specialized workers written in Go for the data ingestion team. However, any significant experience in any other major language is accepted if you are willing to work with these languages.

You have a proven record of solution‑solving approach in a scale‑up with at least five years of experience in such an environment.

Our main and official language is English (oral and written), so you must be fluent in English.

Bonus Points If

• You already have experience coaching junior developers.
• You understand French.
