You will collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, review code, and translate business needs into robust architectures while staying current with new technologies in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building scalable software systems.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Typescript/React/Node.js stack is a must.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate proficiency in problem & data analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver pragmatic end-to-end solutions.
• Develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to design and execute solutions.
• Understand business needs to provide relevant user/client solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Stay current with new technologies and architectures.
