The Sources Squad connects GitGuardian to the platforms our customers want to protect, from GitHub and GitLab to Slack, Jira and AWS. It ensures the reliability of the integrations and scans that detect exposed secrets. As the number of customers, sources and data grows, our challenge is to maintain high reliability and ensure continuous protection. You'll join a team of 6 engineers (5 backend and 1 frontend) and an Engineering Manager, working closely with a Product Manager, a Designer and a Staff Engineer. You'll help scale our integrations, strengthen system resilience and observability, and improve the user experience around source and scan management. You'll also tackle production issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent them from happening again. You'll work on a large-scale Django application with a high level of ownership, from technical design through deployment and production monitoring. We encourage initiative, collaboration, technical excellence, and the everyday use of AI and agentic engineering, while ensuring that everyone takes ownership of the code they ship.
