Job summary

EQS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Privacy team in Neuilly-sur-Seine or Boulogne-sur-Mer. You will work across features from design to production, building Privacy and Digital Ethics SaaS solutions and delivering value to clients.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Product Designer in a squad, own technical quality, documentation, and observability while influencing the roadmap with pragmatic, customer-focused decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years involved in software development with agile teams, in software architecture, or advanced development.
• Fluent in English and able to work in an international context.
• Strong track record in software development and clean code practices.

Responsibilities

• Working across features and tasks from the product and technical roadmaps, from design to production delivery.
• Ensuring execution meets business and technical value.

• Our Privacy team is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join us in Neuilly-sur-seine or Boulogne-sur-Mer. We build the Privacy and Digital Ethics SaaS solutions of the EQS product portfolio and enjoy delivering cutting-edge technology to our customers and provide them with products they love
• Working across all potential features and tasks part of the product roadmap and technical roadmap, including the most complex ones, from technical design to production delivery
• Ensuring execution meets the expectations in terms of business and technical value
• Helping the team to improve by having excellent communication skills with the rest of the team, creating and maintaining the appropriate technical documentation, and being proactive in issues management
• We are looking for a passionate professional who strives to deliver great products to clients
• Bring your expertise and knowledge to the Privacy cockpit roadmap to build an evolving and powerful solution. You'll need to be involved in the roadmap and all the technical work it implies, so that we make the right decisions with the Engineering Manager and the rest of the team. Of course, without compromise on code quality and observability!
• Have efficient and effective communication regarding technical implementations. Be proactive, challenge ideas with the right mindset, so that we always do our best to take the steps in the right direction
• Be innovative and look for improvements everywhere. Everything we do as a team, about methods, tools, and technologies, everyone is a part of the ride and can contribute
