Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Software Developer for the Identity Verification Team in Paris. You will work on next‑generation verification features, deploying production-ready solutions with modern orchestration, AI, and computer vision technologies.

You will collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data Science, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery while safeguarding data integrity and compliance. Join a team that values fast delivery, curiosity, and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with large-scale applications and diverse tech stacks
• Proficiency in C# .NET, with strong backend/full-stack understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in agile environments and delivering high-quality code under deadlines
• AI-proficient or AI-curious mindset to leverage latest tech
• Payments or financial domain knowledge is a plus, not required

• Own features from concept to deployment and monitoring in production
• Collaborate with product, risk, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code on high-impact systems
