• 5+ years in software engineering or related roles.
• Strong backend development skills across Python/Java/C#/Go.
• Experience building distributed, scalable services.
• Proficiency with Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in English.
